<p>If you have not done your KYC, and you miss a payment, a late payment charge between Rs 17 - 40 (inc 18% GST) will be applied everyday after the due date, till the bill is paid. (No late payment charges will be applied for dues less than Rs. 50).</p><p>This means if your bill is due on the 3rd of the month, late payment charges will be applied from 4th onwards. If your due date is on the 18th, they will be applied from 19th onwards - and it will be charged everyday till you repay. These charges may accrue up to 25% of the outstanding dues/principal.</p><p>Please note: If you have set up auto-pay and you do not have sufficient bank balance at the time of auto-pay, we also levy a bounce charge of Rs. 300.</p><p>In case of any further query, you can also connect us on 02269821111 (MON to SUN 10 AM to 7 PM).</p>

<p>If you have done your KYC and have access to features like partial payments or a higher credit limit, the late payment charges will now be based on your limit usage. There are 2 types of charges added if you miss the due date or pay late, for customers on both 15-day and 30-day billing period.</p><br><span style='text-decoration:underline!important;font-weight:700'>For customers on 15-day billing period:</span><br><br><ol style='list-style:auto!important'><li><span style='text-decoration:underline!important'>Late payment charges:</span>Rs. 35 (inc 18% GST) will be charged daily after the due date, till the bill is paid. (No late payment charges will be applied for dues less than Rs. 50).<br>This means if your bill is due on the 3rd of the month, late payment charges will apply starting from the 4th. If your due date is on the 18th, charges will be applied starting from the 19th of the month. Remember, late payment charges are added everyday till you repay. They may accrue up to 25% of the outstanding dues/principal.</li><li><span style='text-decoration:underline!important'>Interest charges:</span>You will also be charged an interest of 1.625% of your bill amount bi-monthly (every 15 days).</li></ol><br><span style='text-decoration:underline!important;font-weight:700'>For customers on 30-day billing period:</span><br><br><ol style='list-style:auto!important'><li><span style='text-decoration:underline!important'>Late payment charges:</span>Depending on your bill amount, we apply a late payment charge of (either as per the details given below, or 25% (twenty-five percent) of your outstanding, whichever is lesser):<br><br><div>For outstanding amounts less than or equal to 100 INR, the late payment charge is Rs. 0 (inclusive of GST)</b></div><br><div>For outstanding amounts greater than 100 INR and less than or equal to 500 INR, the late payment charge is Rs. 59 (inclusive of GST)</b></div><br><div>For outstanding amounts greater than 500 INR and less than or equal to 1000 INR, the late payment charge is Rs. 250 (inclusive of GST)</b></div><br><div>For outstanding amounts greater than 1000 INR and less than or equal to 2500 INR, the late payment charge is Rs. 325 (inclusive of GST)</b></div><br><div>For outstanding amounts greater than 2500 INR and less than or equal to 5000 INR, the late payment charge is Rs. 375 (inclusive of GST)</b></div><br><div>For outstanding amounts greater than 5000 INR and less than or equal to 7500 INR, the late payment charge is Rs. 450 (inclusive of GST)</b></div><br><div>For outstanding amounts greater than 7500 INR, the late payment charge is Rs. 700 (inclusive of GST)</b></div><br><p>Late fee can accrue upto 25% of outstanding principal.</p><br><p>Late payment charges are applied one day after your due date e.g. if your due date is 3rd then late fee will be charged on the 4th. Whenever you pay your bill using credit card, debit card or net-banking options, Lazypay must pay a fee to the gateway and the bank. To balance this cost, a convenience fee maybe is charged.
