To comply with the regulations which ask us to block prepaid Card transactions backed by Credit Line we have started blocking LazyCard issued by us in a phased manner. Hence we have had to pause issuing any new cards as well. You can continue to use the limit available with you via LazyPay offering at our partner merchants.

We are rebuilding the LazyCard program to ensure we are compliant with the new regulations prescribed by RBI. Till then we are taking a pause and are required to block your LazyCard transactions. You can still use your LazyCard limit through our one-click Checkout experience at more than 40 thousand merchants.

The existing LazyCard limit can be used through our one-click checkout experience on LazyPay. This facility is available across 40,000+ merchants. You can use it on major brands like Swiggy, Zomato, BookMyShow, MakeMyTrip, Dunzo, BookMyShow, Zepto, Rapido, etc. Just select LazyPay at the time of checkout on these merchants.

If any refunds are processed after your card is paused, they will be credited to your existing limit or in case of existing outstanding, refunds will reduce your outstanding with the respective refund amount

Any extra credit available in your account can be used through LazyPay 1-click checkout option at various merchants.

There is no impact of this blocking of transactions on your CIBIL, your CIBIL gets impacted adversely only if you do not make timely payment on time or miss payment by the due date for your LazyPay statements.

You will continue to receive monthly statements with monthly instalments and can repay your EMIs on the LazyPay app.

Unfortunately, any recurring transactions or subscriptions set up on your LazyCard will get declined. We are required to block all transactions including recurring transactions or subscription-based transactions, due to the latest guidelines received from the Reserve Bank of India. Don’t worry, we are working on revamping your LazyCard experience in a manner which is compliant with all RBI regulations. Meanwhile, we recommend you make payments through LazyPay and other payment modes.

Yes, you can still redeem your unused scratch cards to get cashback. They will get credited to your existing limit, and you can use this on 1-click checkout with LazyPay, on various merchants.

You can still receive your physical card however the same will not be operational till we receive a go-ahead from RBI. We will inform you once the same is available for usage.
