While shopping, look for the LazyPay option on the payments page of the merchant. On selecting LazyPay, you will be asked to verify your purchase with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. On a few merchants, you just need to link the account one time. All subsequent payments will be done by one tap.

This may be due to the following reasons: 1. Limit exhausted: You may have already exhausted your credit limit and must clear your outstanding dues to avail the services. 2. Non Payment of Dues: You may have not cleared the outstanding bills. 3. Account blocked: Your account maybe blocked due to either an incorrect/suspicious attempt or due to other risk reasons.

A Surcharge transaction is charged only on select LazyCard transactions, and is typically 1-3% of transaction value. This is deducted from a user’s credit limit along with the original transaction amount. A GST of 18% is also charged on the surcharge amount (not the original transaction amount).
 This transaction occurs only in case of selected merchants (typically petrol pumps & fuel stations), which pass on this charge to users. Most merchants opt to pay this charge and hence the user doesn’t need to pay it.
 LazyPay provides a Surcharge waiver for all fuel transactions. This means that the surcharge amount will be borne completely by LazyPay, and the user doesn’t need to pay it.

In most cases, you'll continue to receive OTPs on SMS - however only high value transaction OTPs will now be shown on the LazyPay app.

For certain high value transactions, OTP will be generated on the LazyPay app instead of being sent via SMS. This is to add an extra layer of security to your transactions. The SMS you receive will contain an authorized link that opens the LazyPay app. In case you don't have the app installed, the link will take you to the App Store or PlayStore where you can download the app.
