If you have received the loan between 1st and 5th of the month, then your first EMI will be due on the 5th of the immediate next month. E.g. if you receive the loan on 1st Oct, then your first EMI will be due on 5th Nov. 
If you have received the loan after the 5th of the month, then your first EMI will be due on the 5th of the month after next. E.g. if you receive the loan on 6th oct, then your first EMI will be due on 5th Dec.

You cannot make partial payments on the loan. Xpress Cash is an instant loan of upto Rs. 5 lakhs. It will be disbursed directly to your bank account.

Eligibility for Xpress Cash is based on your tenure and history with LazyPay. Once you are eligible for Xpress Cash, you will see a banner on the home page indicating the maximum amount you are eligible for.

Minimum amount = Rs. 3000 
Maximum amount = Rs. 5 lakh

Minimum repayment duration = 3 months 
Maximum repayment duration = 60 months

Interest rate for Xpress Cash is between 12-36%

A processing fee of upto 6% + GST will be applied on your loan. This will be deducted before the loan is credited to your bank account.

Pre-EMI is the interest for the duration between when the loan is credited to you and when the first EMI is due. You will be required to pay this along with your first EMI.

We are continuously evaluating offers for you. As soon as we are able to offer you with additional loans, the Xpress Cash option will become visible to you on the home page.

If you have not signed your loan agreement yet, your application will be cancelled automatically within 30 days. Post signing your agreement, we will not be able to cancel your application as your loan amount will be credited to your bank account automatically.

The Xpress Cash amount you withdraw will not change / reduce your LazyPay credit limit. It is separate from your LazyPay credit limit.

Insurance on Xpress Cash provides payouts in case of accidental death, permanent partial disability or a permanent total disability (for principal loan amount, max upto Rs 10,00,000). EMI protection is provided in case of continuous hospitalisation of 7 days (1 EMI, Max upto Rs 1,00,000), 10 days (2 EMIs, Max upto Rs 1,00,000 each) OR 15 days (3 EMIs, Max upto Rs 1,00,000 each). Daily hospital allowance is provided in case of a hospitalisation (max upto Rs 5000 per day).

The loan applicant or the user applying for the loan will be the one that is insured. The coverage period starts as soon as your LazyPay loan is active. The coverage period ends with the end of the loan or maximum up to 60 months from loan start date based on tenure opted.

You can only add or change the details of the nominee after availing the Insurance Policy. In order to cancel the insurance, you will have to raise a request by sending an email on wecare@lazypay.in or by reaching out on 08069081111.

Yes, in case you cancel the loan, the policy will also get canceled and any pro-rated premium amount for the time-period of insurance coverage left will be credited to you. Any prorated insurance premium amount will be refunded back to you in 10-14 working days.

Policy documents will be issued to you on your registered email ID (if provided) & mobile number via SMS. You can also access it via the Acko app by logging in through your registered mobile number. You can also download the insurance policy by logging into the Acko app.

Under the ‘Claims’ section, select LazyPay Claims’, which will take you to the policy detail page. 3. When clicked on the particular session (which can be searched with the help of the date filter above), the details of the session will appear. 4. Click on “Add Nominee” and follow the next few steps, and the Nominee will be registered with Acko.

You can withdraw Xpress Cash just by completing your KYC. In some instances, we may ask for employment and income details as well for verification (includes bank statement).

Your Xpress Cash will be credited to your bank account instantly.

We require your bank details in order to send the loan amount to your bank account. You will need to provide us with your bank name, account number and IFSC. You can also auto-repayment from this account.

We may need to verify your employment and income, for which we may ask you for details about your employer (e.g. employer name, you work email) and proof of monthly income (bank statement). You can directly enter / upload these in the app.

In order to process your application, we need references who can be contacted in case we are not able to reach you. Your loan details WILL NOT be shared with your references.

Unfortunately, we were unable to match the name on your bank account with your name as per our records. Your Xpress Cash application has therefore been shared with our Operations team for review. Please expect an update on this within 2 business days.

You will be provided with an option to set up auto-repayment for your loan while applying for Xpress Cash itself. You can set up auto-pay either 100% online (using your net banking credentials or debit card details) or by uploading a SIGNED form authorising us to debit your bank account for repayments.To set up auto-pay online via debit card / net banking: You will be redirected to your bank’s website in order to authorise auto-repayment. Be ready with either your net banking credentials (username and passowrd) OR your debit card details (debit card number, CVV and expiry date).To set up auto-pay via the signed form: You will be provided the option to download the form from the LazyPay app while applying for XpressCash. Download and print the form, sign it, and then upload a scan / photo of the signed form back to the LazyPay app. We will send this form to your bank for approval. Post approval by your bank, you will be able to complete your Xpress Cash application and avail the loan.

As a credit provider, before disbursing a loan, its essential that we have multiple ways of reaching out to you in case we’re not able to contact you directly.If we can’t reach you after multiple attempts, our team can contact your verified references. Rest assured, we won’t spam or contact them unnecessarily - it will be only in case EMI payments on your loan are pending and you are out of reach.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to edit your references on the app once they’ve been submitted.Our operations team will reach out to you and help in case any changes are required. We apologise for the inconvenience.
